Beautifully boxed set of 12 Fil-a-Gant, “Brigitte Giblin selection” from SAJOU in Paris. This is a fine 100 per cent cotton, glazed thread suitable for hand sewing, especially applique and hand piecing. Gloving thread was originally used to mend gloves. It is strong and very easy to thread. Box contains 12 x 150m spools/6 pastel tones and 6 dark tones to suit most sewing projects. This thread can be used for English paper piecing (whip-stitching) on light weight fabrics such as Liberty Tana Lawn. This thread has a blue label and box.
