An English Paper Pieced quilt in the collection of Marion Drake, is signed and dated “Mary Rawlinson 1874”. This original quilt, measuring 96″ square, is the inspiration for my scaled-down version which measures 72″ (183cms) square. I have chosen to English Paper Piece my version in keeping with the original, however it can be hand or machine pieced. Instructions are given for the 3 methods in this pattern.
Papers and slotted or grooved templates with either 1/4″ or 3/8″ are available separately
