Description

A necessary item of clothing in the 1800s before sewn-in pockets were added to garments, these handy pockets were made in pairs and tied around the waist between petticoat and overskirt.  Accessed through slits in the sides of skirts, they were the keepers of all little things needed by women in their daily lives.

Pre-cut papers are also available for this small project
